Acceptable stay. Some ISSUES though
small portions noisy machine
My visit was OK, not AMAZING. The breakfast portions were very small. There were only a few menu choices and all included eggs and potatoes. I THINK that's disappointing for a four-star hotel at that price. there was a noisy air conditioning machine below the window SO. I could not open it.

Really good Service and Prime Location
boutique experience à la carte breakfast engaging conversation
My company placed me here, and I found a great boutique experience. Check-in included clear information on amenities and services. I found the à la carte breakfast to be excellent, exceeding expectations (.. ) it was freshly made. The desk staff greeted me by name. We had nice conversations each time I passed through the lobby.
I found the rooms to be on the smaller side. This was the only real drawback .

The room had a comfortable bed. I also found a fully stocked Nespresso unit. The washroom featured a nice massage shower head. It also had heated floors and high-quality L'Occitane bathroom amenities.

Gotham Steak House is conveniently located on the hotel. The hotel provides breakfast service. The front of house team offered a warm welcome. Staff provided helpful directions and recommendations for local restaurants.

Breakfast was freshly cooked to order. Nimali and her colleague offered excellent service in the breakfast room. The breakfast room itself was comfortable and smartly decorated. It provided plenty of tables .

constant noise ventilation equipment
the location was quite convenient.
The room i had was far from ideal, it was noisy. there was constant noise from what sounded like ventilation equipment. I couldn't open the window. this made it difficult to relax or sleep well. i found this particularly bothersome.

wonderful downtown experience
friendly staff proactive communication
i found the staff super friendly . proactive communication regarding my pending stay was appreciated. the bed was very comfortable, and i also appreciated the included breakfast, so i was grateful.
i experienced minor issues with the room temperature. the internet connection was also a bit unstable at times. i wish these issues were addressed more proactively .

The hotel boasts an excellent downtown location. i walked easily to various sites and enjoyed the convenience. shopping and many restaurants were also nearby. It was convenient.

inconsistent experience, some issues noted
powder sachet bad breakfast
I was disappointed with the breakfast. It was quite bad. i asked for hot chocolate, but i got warm milk and a chocolate powder sachet to mix myself. The milk was already cool, so the powder didn't mix well. staff should have made it. there were too many issues.
